HNID Interiors was founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2020 as an interior design and build company. We’ve worked that way from the beginning: designing the space, working out what it will cost, and building it.
Design and build, under one roof
We design and build condominiums, terrace houses, semi-Ds, bungalows and commercial spaces across the Klang Valley. Our work covers the whole project, from the first conversation and early layouts through to construction and the finished space.
We set HNID Interiors up this way deliberately. Instead of designing a space and handing the drawings to another contractor, the same team stays involved throughout. We develop the layout, price the work and build it — so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
Four decisions before a single finish is chosen
Before getting into colours, finishes and materials, we work through the decisions that determine what actually needs to be built.
Understand the property
We look at building rules, wet areas, existing services and how you actually use the space before we start drawing.
Decide what needs to change
Not every room needs the same amount of work. We work out which changes will make a meaningful difference and which ones are optional.
Draw, price and confirm
We develop the layout, carpentry and material selections, then prepare an itemised quotation and check the details against the actual site conditions before you commit.
Build it ourselves
The team developing the design also carries it through construction. There’s no handover from a design company to a separate contractor.
A LEED AP on the team
One of our team holds the LEED AP credential in Building Design + Construction.
It influences plenty of practical decisions along the way: choosing materials that will last, making better use of natural light, and knowing where a higher specification is worthwhile — and where it isn’t.

We also operate My Reno Service, our renovation-focused sibling brand. It’s run by the same team under the same registration, but gives us a separate home for renovation enquiries.
